does boing boing count as web 2.0? if so you definitely need cory doctorow on the list, he has webcomics written about him and everything (plus i've met him and he's a lovely guy)

also for a *true* rockstar 2.0 trent reznor'd be on the list with the latest NiN ARG-type shenanigans.

Absolutely Barack Obama and Don Tapscott. Both have actually drawn me into web 2.0 and made participation very meaningful.
